kryNkry is a marketplace for swapping second-hand items between people. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use kryNkry.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the items, photos, and messages you post. You keep ownership of your content but grant kryNkry a licence to display it inside the app so other users can see your listings and chat with you.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Harassment, hate speech, nudity, illegal goods, fraud, and abusive behaviour are not allowed. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Report content or block a user from the ⋯ menu; we review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and the users who post it.

4. Swaps between users

kryNkry helps you find and arrange swaps but is not a party to them. You are responsible for meeting safely, inspecting items, and honouring the swaps you agree to. Ratings reflect other users’ experiences, not an endorsement by kryNkry.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, kryNkry is not liable for losses arising from swaps or use of the app.
