Delete your kryNkry account

Google Play requires this page; you can also do all of it inside the app.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your items, your matches, your messages and your swap history. It cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Profile, scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete account”. The deletion happens immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@krynkry.com from the address on the account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity. Aggregate counts that no longer reference you may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they expire.
